A lovely hike with astonishing views toard the sea and the ragged wild shore of Kalymnos. We follow the dirt road from Agia Aikairini Monasteri towards Kefalas cave. The walk starts on a really good path the descends a bit and passes outside Kefalas cave that was unfortunately closed. Our trail leads us through stony and wild surroundings. The path is obvious with some marks on it but as we come closer to the church of Agios Andreas it really gets lost. You should not enter the churchyard but find a way to move outside the enclosure on its north side. We just made our way as best as we could avoiding thorny plants... Shortly you will see the path again moving on the rocky hillside. From here there is a stunning view towards the monastery of Agia Triada and Pithari bay. Shortly aftert he path starts going a bit upward and you will see the ravine that the path follows to Agios Konstantinos.

The view towards Pythari bay

Overall a trail that is a bit demanding, but only because its easy to loose the path. On the other hand its worth going as the views are breathtaking!
